Join us on Saturday, March 7th from 8PM until 11:30PM

Celebrate the Seattle Erotic Art Festival with our prestigious membership program, the Art Activist Society.

You are cordially invited to an exclusive soirée benefiting the Seattle Erotic Art Festival. We are pleased to host you at Gallery Erato, Seattle’s year-round home of erotic art. Join us for an evening of performances, live music, a unique way to participate in the art and support the festival, and a sneak peek at the 2026 selected art.

Sneak Preview

One of the most exciting parts of this evening, is the preview of what SEAF2026 will offer. A slideshow of accepted and invited visual artists will be playing throughout the evening. Jurors and curators will be on hand to share stories about why particular pieces of art were chosen. The Festival Director, Sophia Sky, will reveal exciting details about festival plans. Art Activists have the first opportunity to purchase visual art at the Black Tie Affair.  What better way to avoid the disappointment of seeing a red dot on the piece of art you fall in love with?

Art Docents will be on hand to answer questions about art and process sales. All art that is purchased at the Black Tie Affair will be available for pick up at the end of the Festival on Sunday, May 4th. Art Activists that cannot join us at the Affair will be provided an online gallery to preview the art.

Entertainment

This year’s Performance Co-Curator, Ophelia Dagger have gathered a team of Seattle’s most decadent performers to assist in the curation of SEAF’s performances. A few of them will be joining us on and off the stage during the evening to give a little taste of what is to come.

It is our delight to have guitarist Daniel Miller start the evening off with live music. Beginning with the violin at age 4, Daniel fell in love with music early. After picking up ukulele, guitar, and bass in grade school, he formed a series of bands, always with the position of lead singer, songwriter, and manager. He performs regularly with internationally acclaimed Jamaican artist, Clinton Fearon, his own world music group, The Highlife Band, West African Guinean group Boka Kouyate & Djeliyah Band, Brazilian and Latin Jazz band, Todo Es. He is lead vocalist guitarist, and bandleader for The Highlife Band.

We are excited to debut a collaborative project from Ash of AHsome Arts, Genea Morrow, Miguel Eduardo, Feral Maz, Rebecca N. Garcia, and Cyra Jane. This 3D cabinet will contain paintings and sculptural elements from all six artists. Unveiled at the Black Tie Affair, this piece will be up for auction online through the end of SEAF 2026.

Miguel Eduardo of Seeking Soma Art will be joining us for body painting. Miguel is a Seattle based artist working in low-brow, pop-surrealist and visionary genres. His work is centered around non-ordinary experiences; around the sensual, mystical, mythical, and psychedelic. His subject matter is varied, but most recently he is known for his erotic work and portraits of Seattle socialites in the art and music scenes.

We are very excited to offer a small teaser of an interactive art exhibit, “Blood Book,” which will be featured at SEAF 2026. The project hopes to combine “the visually impactful nature of blood play with the tactile nature of a book.”

“Blood Book” is by Sorrel, a bookbinder and artist whose practice encompasses multiple focuses and mediums. They attended a vocational high school for art and design, and continued practicing independently while studying Information Systems and game design. After a hiatus, They returned to their practice as an independent artist. Currently, they are pursuing more intensive and interactive works emulating ineffable experiences and feelings so they can still be shared even though words have failed. While their primary goal is to share an experience or feeling they want to always leave room for play and silliness.

Nibbles and Desserts

This year we look forward to the culinary delights of Darla, a self-taught chef who is also a sea captain. She prides herself on making complex flavors with only a single butane burner in the galley of her little tug. She has spent years feeding attendants at a spiritual retreat center on Orcas Island.

Darla is carefully crafting the menu to please anyone’s palate while respecting our more sensitive patrons’ dietary needs. Many of these decadent bites will be gluten-free. This is a tasting menu of savory and sweet delights, including Baklava, vegan chocolate mousse, Gochujang pinwheels, and Chorizo potato skewers.

Please make sure to have dinner before arriving, but leave room to enjoy our chef’s offerings!

Libations from our no-host bar will be on hand to help wash down your nibbles, as well as a complimentary mocktail created just for the evening. We are pleased to offer Rosy Delight, a non-alcoholic spritzer featuring hibiscus, rose syrup, and lemon juice.

More ways to support the festival

Buy raffle tickets for a chance to win baskets filled with sexy goodies from our sponsors, supporters, and donors. Raffle tickets will be on sale for $5 each, or $40 for an inseam or bust measurement in tickets.

This year’s raffle baskets are still being assembled and will feature art from previous festivals, as well as items and treats from donors and some of our wonderful sponsors. So far we have tickets to a Noveltease Theater show, private rentals of The Crow’s Nest Escape, art from SEAF alumni, and vintage SEAF posters for the first year.

Dress to impress

Our idea of “black tie” is more risqué than the average cocktail party, so feel free to wear those outfits you don’t normally get to pull out of your closet!

For of those of you who enjoy costuming more than formal- or fetish-wear, we invite you to join us by dressing on the theme of “Blooming.” Creative interpretation is encouraged. When in doubt, wear what makes you feel fancy or sexy.

Bonus points for incorporating a facemask into your outfit to protect our more vulnerable community members.
